ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Please fax your student’s application for approval to the admissions office. All applications submitted are reviewed by the admissions director and clinical team. Upon clinical approval you can coordinate travel plans and arrange arrival time with admissions personnel.
- Admits take place Monday through Friday at the office in Huntington, Utah.
- We operate year round and have rolling admissions.
- Students arrive in a variety of ways all of which are individualized to each child’s needs. Parents can bring their child to the office directly or use a transport company to assist in the travel. If you need a list of transport companies please talk to your educational consultant or referring professional first and defer to us second.
- Parents who arrive with their child will have an opportunity to meet with office personnel for a short visit for any follow up questions and receive assignments, letter writing instructions and setting up the first phone call with the therapist. Parents who chose to use a transport service will receive a phone call from the admissions director letting them know about the safe arrival of their child and will receive letter writing information and phone appointments at that time.
- Because of the tasks that need to be accomplished with the new students, (physical, gear, food, and the intake process) we ask that the student arrive at the office before 3pm.
- Parents arriving at the office are free to spend as much or as little time as they would like and because the students have a lot to do, they will get started immediately with introductory procedures, outfitting, etc.
