Albert B

Albert grew up playing traditional sports in Massachusetts and came to the outdoors while studying creative writing and philosophy at Syracuse University and Saint Lawrence University. After college, Albert moved West to Lake Tahoe and began spending most of his time outside.  Albert completed a self-proclaimed national triathlon, walking from Mexico to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail, riding his bicycle from Virginia to San Francisco, and Rowing a boat through the Grand Canyon.  It was on these and other adventures and through the bonds he formed with others he met outside, that the idea of wilderness therapy became appealing.  Albert became a nationally certified EMT with a wilderness upgrade and started working in this industry.
