Clinical Team
Our team of experienced therapists combines a love for the wilderness with the highest level of clinical sophistication under the clinical leadership of two of our partners: Clinical Director, Neal Christensen, PhD, and Director of Family Services and co-founder, Lynn Smith, LCSW.
Field Team
Under the direction of Karen Scrafford, our field team is responsible for experiential learning and creating a safe, therapeutic environment that supports each young man’s treatment plan. Field Mentors create deep bonds with our students and create a life-changing, challenging and fun wilderness experience.
