Charlotte O

Charlotte is a free-spirited, spunky gal from Colorado. Growing up in a southern English family who liked to travel and be outside, she quickly learned about the wealth of healing and therapeutic opportunities that nature has to offer (although it took her a very long time to stop complaining about hikes). It was not until she moved to Southeast Asia after high school that she really saw the potential in a career in the outdoors, although she didn’t know what that might be just yet.

Charlotte returned to the USA and studied Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, and French at CU Boulder. She worked several research gigs throughout college, predominantly in marine and mycological conservation. She also did powerlifting, played horn in the marching band, and served on the board of several club organizations at CU. In Junior year, she began backcountry guiding, leading ski touring, climbing, backpacking, and hiking trips for young adults. Finally, this was the outdoor career she’d been looking for all along.

Charlotte is an avid skier, mountaineer, musician, diver, artist, dancer, sun-napper, and field-frolicker. Elements is her next step in her endeavors in professional development and human connection.
