Sarah T

Born and raised in rural Vermont, Sarah developed an early love of the natural world. She spent countless hours wandering and exploring the forests, creeks, and fields with her dog. For a large part of her life, Sarah was tied to that rural landscape, working as a vegetable farmer and landscape gardener.

Upon moving out West, Sarah wanted to combine a love of wilderness and working outside with people. Sarah believes that wilderness can be our greatest teacher and healer. The rawness, beauty, and openness of nature provides a space for us to become vulnerable, insightful, communicate more openly, and gain a sense of self and how we fit into the landscape. Sarah appreciates the openness and flexibility of wilderness therapy and the fact that she learns something new each day!

On her off time, you will find Sarah wandering and playing in the mountains and deserts, rock climbing, traveling, and loving the outdoor life.
