Seb was born in Chile and grew up in North Texas. His family spent summer and spring vacations exploring public lands across the USA, where his love of the outdoors began and grew.

After graduating with a degree in marketing from Arizona State University and working many years in outdoor retail and business operations, Seb decided to combine his passion for life-changing outdoor experiences with helping others, and he found Elements Wilderness. In addition to his contributions at Elements, Seb works summer seasons at an outdoor skills and leadership school in the Pacific Northwest.

In his off time, he enjoys traveling, backpacking, and playing in the snow throughout the West.
